1. Reasons for Amendment

The Amendment modifies the calculation period for purchase targets and performance to ensure the efficient operation of purchase targets for environment-friendly motor vehicles.

2. Major Provisions

A. Change the applicable period of purchase targets for environment-friendly motor vehicles from “2022” to “2023” (attached Tables 1 and 2)

B. Change the period for determining the fulfillment of purchase targets for environment-friendly motor vehicles from “the date of enforcement of the Act until December 31, 2022” to “January 1 to December 31 each year” (attached Table 4)
