1. Reasons for Amendment

As the expiry date (February 17, 2023) of the provisional permission for the regulatory sandbox for mobile e-notification approaches, this amendment aims to prepare a basis for maintaining the service by notification revision so that the mobile e-notification service, which has high user convenience, will be continued.

2. Major Provisions

A. Provide grounds for exceptions to enable the provision of user identification result information without user identification in cases of linked information processing services approved by the Korea Communications Commission (Article 12-2 (2)). 

B. Stipulate the application procedure and application documents of applicants seeking approval from the Korea Communications Commission for the provision of linked information processing services (Article 12-2 (3) and Attached Form 7).

C. Stipulate the composition of the review committee of the Korea Communications Commission, review procedures, review standards, etc., for linked information processing services (Article 12-2 (4) through (9) and Attached Form 6 through 8).
