1. Reasons for Amendment
In light of on-site opinions that the risk assessment system is complex and difficult to carry out, the Amendment newly defines the risk assessment system with a focus on identifying risk factors and preparing measures for improvement, and presents a variety of assessment methods that can be carried out easily and conveniently. It also clarifies the timing of assessments, newly inserts special cases concerning rolling assessments, increases employee participation, and otherwise improves upon weaknesses that have emerged over the years.
2. Major Provisions
○ Modify definitions of terms such as risk assessment and readjust terms (Article 3, subparagraphs 2 and 3, etc.)
○ Increase employee participation at all stages of risk assessment (Article 6)
○ Modify the timing of risk assessments and specify targets subject to assessment (Article 5-2, Article 15)
