1. Reasons for Enactment

The Enforcement Decree of the Hydrogen Economy Promotion and Hydrogen Safety Management Act was partially amended and enforced on Dec. 14, 2022, in relation to the hydrogen power generation bidding market. This enactment aims to stipulate matters entrusted by the Act and necessary for operation.
