1. Reasons for Amendment

The Motor Vehicle Management Act was amended to set forth obligations for inspectors of the performance and condition of motor vehicles and to prescribe that failure to comply shall be subject to penalties such as business suspension. Accordingly, this Amendment prescribes detailed standards for penalties such as business suspension.

A. Newly insert provisions on administrative dispositions against false reports, violations, etc. by inspectors of the performance and condition of motor vehicles (attached Table amended)
