1. Reasons for Amendment

As the forest management experience forests system that allows foresters to provide forest management and forest recreation services together to provide additional income-generating foundations was introduced by the revision of the Forest Culture and Recreation Act (Act No. 18881, promulgated on June 10, 2022, and to be enforced on June 11, 2023), this amendment aims to set the detailed standards for the feasibility assessment of forest management experience forests as stipulated by statutes.

2. Major Provisions

A. Establish a method of investigation for assessing the feasibility of forest management experience forests

- Provide items and scores related to the feasibility assessment of forest management experience forests, such as scenery, location, inducement of recreation, development conditions, and forest management experience conditions.
