1. Reasons for Re-Legislation

This re-legislation aims to prescribe the contents and methods of the training for performance inspectors stipulated in the partial amendment to the Enforcement Rule of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, which was previously announced (Notice No. 2023-301 of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport).

2. Major Provisions

A. Prescribe the contents and methods of the training for performance inspectors in Attached Table 24-3, and specify educational institutions (Korea Transportation Safety Authority, organizations related to automobile inspection and maintenance, organizations announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) (Article 123-6 revised).
