1. Reasons for Amendment

The Automobile Management Act was revised to strengthen motor vehicle management by requiring the heads of Si. Gun, or Gu to order a temporary inspection if there is a hindrance to safe driving due to natural disasters, fire, flooding, etc.

Therefore, this amendment aims to stipulate necessary matters such as standards, etc., for motor vehicles that are acknowledged as susceptible to unsafe operation during natural disasters, fires, or floods, delegated by the revision of the Act.

2. Major Provisions

A. Motor vehicles that shall be acknowledged as susceptible to unsafe operation during natural disasters, fires, or floods (Article 63 (4) newly inserted).
