1. Reason for enactment

  Pursuant to Article 33-2 of the Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources, Article 23-3 of its Enforcement Rules, and Article 6 of the Public Notice of the Criteria and Methods for Indicating the Percentage of Use of Recycled Raw Materials, details regarding the application procedure, follow-up management, etc. of the percentage of recycled raw materials used in products and containers are prescribed.
