1. Reason for revision

With the establishment of Article 20-2 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, it specifies the scope of the related institutions, corporations or organizations that can request operational cooperation for a smooth fact-finding survey of pharmacies, the designation of the National Health Insurance Corporation, which is specialized in such work, as a commissioned agency, and the scope of the duties to be delegated.

2. Main contents

a. In accordance with Article 4 of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions, it is possible to request cooperation from public institutions, as well as from health and medical-related organizations such as the Korean Pharmaceutical Association.

b. In accordance with Article 13 of the National Health Insurance Act, it aims to delegate tasks related to the survey to the National Health Insurance Corporation and to establish the scope of the delegated tasks.
