1. Reason for revision

As portable ethanol stoves are not included in the items subject to safety management under the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act, they are distributed without the application of safety standards, and safety accidents occur continuously due to the products' nature of being vulnerable to fire accidents. Therefore, the aim is to ensure consumer safety by establishing safety standards for such products.
