2. Reason for proposal and main contents
The proposed revision aims to protect the users of prepaid electronic payment instruments and enhance the convenience of the users of small-amount post-payment services by specifying the provisions delegated to the Presidential Decree under the revised Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
