1. Reason for Revision

The proposed revision seeks to clarify the training courses required for firefighting safety controllers appointed as supervisory firefighting safety controllers acting on behalf of others, designating them as lecture training and practical training. This aims to prevent confusion in the interpretation of laws at the field and to improve and supplement certain deficiencies found in the operation of the system.

2. Main Contents

○ The revision clearly distinguishes the criteria for the completion date of practical training.

- Firefighting safety controllers must complete the practical training within 6 months of their appointment. 

- Supervisory firefighting safety controllers acting on behalf of others must complete the first practical training within 3 months.

○ The revision categorizes practical training into three types: firefighting safety controllers (within 8 hours), assistant firefighting safety controllers (4 hours), and supervisory firefighting safety controllers acting on behalf of others (16 hours), and stipulates the training fees.
