1. Reason for Revision and Main Contents
The proposed revision aims to align the items that transferees may add to the acquisition costs for rental housing—required to be constructed by the association and provided to the public during redevelopment projects—with the items applied to housing subject to the price ceiling system for private residential land.
Additionally, to systematically manage the management business specialized in improvement projects, the revision requires Mayors/Do Governors to input the compliance status of a business entity with registration standards into the comprehensive information system for management business specialized in improvement projects when issuing a management entity's certificate of registration. Furthermore, to smoothly establish and utilize the comprehensive information system, the revision expands the scope of data that the Korea Real Estate Board may request from relevant administrative agencies and management entities specialized in improvement projects.
