1. Reason for Revision

Since the Enforcement Decree of the Pesticide Control Act has been revised (enforced on April 25, 2024) to allow sellers to supply pesticides whose end-users are designated, the relevant public notice is revised accordingly.

2. Main Contents

The revision newly establishes the scope of pesticides that can be supplied exclusively through specific sellers and the qualifications required for such specific sellers.
