In the event of any abnormal operation of measuring equipment, etc. during the continuous monitoring of the total calorific value of flare stacks, the cause of the abnormality, individualized plans, etc. should be reported to the competent authorities, and the results of subsequent equipment actions should be attached to the annual inspection report.
