1. Reason for Revision
a. To enhance predictability and clarity by setting a specific deadline for the designation of compensation-receiving organizations.
b. To improve the accountability and transparency of copyright collective management organizations by expanding the scope of their information disclosure.

2. Main Content
a. Regarding the designation of compensation-receiving organizations, the deadline for designation is explicitly set to "within 5 years," and a new procedure for soliciting the opinions of rights holders when designating organizations is introduced (Article 3, Paragraph 1).
b. The scope of disclosure of compensation for executives of copyright collective management organizations is expanded from disclosing the individual compensation of "full-time" executives to including "full-time and part-time" executives' individual compensation received from copyright collective management organizations, as well as all money including "meeting attendance fees." Additionally, the scope is extended from "compensation subject to income tax" to include the "detailed expenses of individual full-time and part-time executives related to their business activities" (Article 51-3, Paragraph 2).
