Change of relevant industries and targets for recycling designated businesses with a mandatory obligation to use recycled plastic materials (Article 32 and Article 33).
○ Key Points
To promote the use of recycled plastic materials, the target businesses for mandatory use of recycled plastic materials by recycling designated businesses are being changed from the "synthetic resin and other plastic manufacturing industries" to "bottled water production and other non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing industries that produce final products using PET (polyethylene terephthalate)."
