Reason for Amendment
The amendment aims to enhance user rights by disclosing information on whether sprinklers are installed in accommodation facilities, and to establish methods for performing inspections on parts that could not be inspected due to unavoidable circumstances during self-inspection periods. Additionally, it seeks to address issues in the current system by allowing inspectors to choose an additional option, "Not Applicable," in the exterior inspection checklist for firefighting facilities (for apartment inspections), alongside the existing "Normal" and "Defective" options.
