According to Yonhap News,

Jeju Wind-Wave-Sound Faestival will be held from 20th to 21st of May in Jagu-nae, Hankyung-myeon.

This festival was designed to provide vivid cultural contents to residents and increase their access to life with culture and art.

There will be a music concert that will play various genres of music, such as rock. Jazz, and folk music from 3 p.m. on 20th The next day, a big flea market will amuse visitors.

The festival's name, Wind-Wave-Sound signifies, Jeju's unique wind, wave, and music.
