According to Pulse by Maeil Business News Korea,

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of its inception, Shilla Stay, the business hotel brand of South Korea’s Hotel Shilla Co., will open its first leisure hotel on Jeju Island in May.

Shilla Stay Plus, located near Iho Tewoo Beach in the northwest region of Jeju Island, is Shilla Stay’s 15th chain and first leisure-style hotel.

Shilla Stay Plus offers a more expansive and diverse array of guest rooms compared to its standard hotels. It also offers recreational facilities such as an outdoor pool and poolside bar.

“Shilla Stay Plus IhoTewoo boasts a distinctive architectural design, with many of its 211 rooms offering sweeping ocean vistas,” the hotel said. “We will also introduce multi-person rooms to accommodate families and groups of three or four travelers.”

Shilla Stay Plus is only 17 minutes away by car from Jeju International Airport and 27 minutes from Jeju Port.
