According to Yonhap News,

On March 20, the construction of the 'Smart Joint Logistics Center,' a joint logistics warehouse for manufacturing companies in Jeju, kicked off.

The Smart Joint Logistics Center will be built at 266 Ara 2-dong, Jeju-si, with a total area of 5,600㎡, consisting of one underground floor and two above-ground floors. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of April next year.

Jeju-do expects that the construction of the Smart Joint Logistics Center will help reduce logistics costs for individual companies by allowing multiple manufacturing companies in the region to transport their products jointly.

The Province also plans to establish a related ordinance to encourage local manufacturing companies to use the Smart Joint Logistics Center .
