A 40,000 ton-cruise ship CL Cruise will ply between Jeju and China's Shanghai twice a week from next February.

Lotus Mine signed an agreement with China International Traveler Service (CITS) to operate CL Cruise at a conference room of CITS in Shanghai, China, according to Jeju.

President and Vice President of CITS, Chairman and President of Lotus Mine, Director of Korea Culture Center China attended the signing ceremony.

"We agreed to operate the cruise ship between Korea and China to mark the 20th anniversary of diplomatic ties between both countries. CITS promised to attract 100,000 Chinese tourists to Jeju annually," said President of Lotus Mine.
