According to Yonhap News,

Jeju decided to set up a consultative group for foreign investors in July to support their business activities.

Before the establishment of the group, Jeju invited representatives of 11 large-size foreign developers to a meeting which made investments more than 50 billion won among 38 foreign-invested companies in Jeju.

The group will create an advisory group comprised of members of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Jeju Immigration Office and a comprehensive administrative support center from the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) to provide consulting services on accounting, law and tax and resolve grievances of foreign investors.

KOTRA appointed specialized officials for Jeu to operate a mobile consulting service center for foreign investors on each quarterly basis and revitalize Jeju's tourism industry.

The establishment of the consultative group will strengthen networks between foreign companies and relevant government agencies, Jeju expects.
