Since the implementation of the regulatory sandbox one year ago, this Act aims to reflect its shortcomings and businesses’ difficulties in promptly making sure they are subject to deregulation.

Consider businesses tenanting start-up infrastructure facilities under the Support for Small and Medium Enterprise Establishment Act to have been designated for special regulatory treatment for demonstration (Article 37 (4) and Article 38-2 (4) newly inserted).
Major Provisions
Amend some part of the Special Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Technology, Vitalization of Convergence Thereof, etc., as in the following:
Revise “Article 37 (3)” in the main sentence except for each subparagraph of Articles 38 (1) and subparagraph 2 of the same paragraph as “Articles 37 (3) and (4)”, “Article 37 (7)” in subparagraph 3 of the same paragraph as “Article 37 (8)”, and “Article 37 (12)” in subparagraph 4 of the same paragraph as “Article 37 (13)”.
Revise “Article 38-2 (3)” in Articles 38-3 (1) and (2) as “Articles 38-2 (3) and (4)”, “Articles 37 (8) and (9)” in paragraph 6 of the same Article as “Articles 37 (9) and (10)”, and “Chapter 6” in paragraph 7 of the same Article as “paragraph 6.”
Revise “Article 38-2 (3)” in the main sentence except for each subparagraph of Articles 38-4 (1) and subparagraph 2 of the same paragraph as “Articles 38-2 (3) and (4)” and “Article 38-2 (8)” in subparagraph 3 of the same paragraph as “Article 38-2 (9).”
