Tinnitus is the perception of sound in ear or head with no external sound. Among total tinnitus patients 48.7% are aged between 20s to 50s and 80% of them are experiencing subjective tinnitus without proper treatment which causes hearing loss, anxiety, depression, sleep disorder etc. 
In fact, there is no medication available to cure tinnitus till date, the retaining therapy is the only solution to habituate patients. MIJ conducted clinical trials continuously for 3 years and verified the high therapeutic effect in clinical trials with Hallym University Dept. of Language and Audiology since 2019 to 21 using self-developed Bluetooth headset, application, and checking the effectiveness in duration of treatment. and proved to have 80% of improvement after completion of therapeutic treatment. Whereas it’s important to manage and keep counselling after improvement. We must note that hearing/test, tinnitus test is important, and therapy must be conducted for 3-5 hrs. a day for 6 months or more to get better result. 
There are several tinnitus treatment products in market, but the main issue is that the treatment may take 40 to 60 minutes and the accurate diagnosis is not possible in absence of tinnitus sound, and there is no comfortable device for long-term treatment. The most important is the need of motivation and expert counselling for long-term treatment.
