According to Yonhap News,

Manufacturing business in Busan is slowing down.

According to the survey on 615 businesses in Busan by the Bank of Korea, the business sentiment index(BSI) marked 96 in July.

The BSI above the benchmark 100 means more companies expect the market to be optimistic, while the BSI below 100 represents the opposite.

The BSI of sales and exports declined 1 and 3 points, respectively, showing signs of slowdown. The BSI of profitability marked 87 due to rising raw material prices.

The BSI was 94 last month, 2 points down from the previous month. Businesses in Busan cited rising raw material prices(18%), capital shortage(12.3%) and sluggish domestic consumption(10.5%) as their main difficulties.
