According to Yonhap News,

Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone (FEZ) Authority signed a cooperation agreement with Jinhae Ocean Resort to draw foreign investment and engage in joint-marketing for the development of the Comprehensive Tourism and Leisure Complex in Ungdong District.

The complex has gotten the go-ahead for the development from the Ministry of Knowledge Economy last month. It will embark on the first-stage construction after getting the approval for the construction in the second half of this year.

The Comprehensive Tourism and Leisure Complex will include a golf course with 36 holes and accommodations including hotels and resorts by 2018. Other leisure facilities including an aquarium, kids' park and auto camping park and international schools and hospitals will also be built in the district.

"We will provide all possible administrative supports to develop the Ungdong Comprehensive Tourism and Leisure Complex into a worldwide tourism leisure complex," said Ha Myeong-geun, a chief of the Busan-Jinhae FEZ Authority.
