According to Yonhap News,

Busan Port Authority (BPA) will select companies that will occupy the Ungdong hinterland complex No. 1 near Busan Port.

The 320,000 square meter-complex is scheduled for completion in April.

Foreign-invested logistics companies or manufacturing companies whose exports account for more than 50 percent of sales revenues are eligible for occupying the complex.

Busan will provide various financial supports including corporate tax breaks.

The BPA will organize a seminar at the Jinhae local government office in Changwon to explain details of the supports. Companies can submit their business plan from June 25-26 and then some of them will be given the priority negotiation right.
