According to Yonhap News,

Design Council Busan (DCB) announced on Dec.31, 2019 that they’ve opened an office which will serve as a platform to promote business exchange between Busan and Hanoi, Vietnam. By singing a memorandum of understating for future partnership with Vietnam Business Association, the office will help entrepreneurs who moved to Hanoi adjust well in the local market, providing necessary information and biz-matching services to form connection with those in demand. They’re also planning to reach a business cooperation agreement with local high schools and the design school of Hanoi Nguyen Trai university.

DCB says “The opening of the office would become a turning point, I believe, through which we start support activities to help entrepreneurs from Busan expand into foreign markets.”
