A city official explained how come both parties reached a consensus to work together this time, adding that the partnership is formed to well respond to rising demand for environmental issues in the local community, with a large pool of financial or human resources of KEITI.

Both parties will run some of joint programs, for instance encouraging city residents to purchase more green products, running environmental protection ads, promoting production and marketing for green products locally manufactured.

In addition, they also reached an agreement to make a concerted effort to discover and train highly skilled human resources in environment industry, form basic infrastructures and help businesses form overseas market networks.
