Korea Hydrogen Energy Research Association announced its inauguration on Oct 30
A research group, named “Korea Hydrogen Energy Research Association” which aims to join forces to fuel commitment to transition toward a hydrogen economy, one of the cleanest future energy sources, announced its inauguration on Oct 30 in the city of Busan.
Under the shared goals to study multiple applications like storage, safe use and applied sciences of hydrogen fuel to be used in producing the future of mobility, while developing an ecosystem of hydrogen-based ecosystem, members of the association reached a consensus to form partnership.
Alongside marine enterprises based in Busan city, 34 entities in public-private sectors took part in the commencement ceremony.
In celebration of the partnership deal, the head of the association said “Renewable energy sources like hydrogen or solar and wind power ensures greener, sustainable and universal energy access for everyone. The association, which celebrates the inauguration of its service today, was founded to be part of contributors to our commitment to energy self-sufficiency and equality.”
