Busan-si and Kakao Enterprise joined hands to help digital transformation, support for SMEs and startups and foster talent of companies in Busan.
Busan-si is to signed an MOU with Kakao Enterprise and Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency on opening of a cloud innovation center and support for digital transformation of companies in the region at Busan City Hall on February 10.
According to the MOU, Kakao Enterprise will open the cloud innovation center of 100 pyeong (about 330㎡) on 13th floor of Centum campus of Dongseo University in Heaundae-gu, Busan in April.
Kakao Enterprise plans to support consultation for digital transformation and commercialization, and cloud service free usage credit for companies and startups in Busan.
It will also operate programs to help fostering of talents through provision of mentoring and internship to students, and support development of cloud services.
