According to Yonhap News,

The Busan Office of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) announced on March 14 that it calls for participation of companies in the '2022 Small and Medium Business Innovation Voucher Project', initiated to strengthen the competitiveness of local SMEs.

The SME innovation voucher project includes provision of consultation, technical support, and marketing services to manufacturing SMEs for their management innovation and transition to a low-carbon economy.

This year, two service programs were newly established to strengthen the innovation capabilities of SMEs: new types of ESG; Intellectual Property (IP) consultation.

ESG Consultation is a consulting program introduced to support manufacturing SMEs to make transition to the ESG management system of manufacturing SMEs, so that they can respond to changes in the management paradigm in the global and domestic markets.

IP Consultation is designed to support cost required for patent litigation, etc., arising from patent disputes. By participating in this program, SMEs can expect to strengthen their ability to respond to disputes.

Those eligible to participate in this Innovation Voucher project are manufacturing SMEs with an average sales of less than KRW 12 billion over the past three years.
