Starting Feb. 11, in main tourist spots of Busan city will show Busking performances named 'Made in Busan,' holding an aspiration to host the 2030 World Expo in the city.

Busan-si announced on Feb. 10 that the first Made in Busan will be showcased in partnership with local indie bands at 5 p.m. on Feb. 11 in Suyeong-gu, Busan.

Indie bands, 'Danzzan' and 'Burning Soda' are to perform for the audience.

Moreover, the audience can participate in the Expo-related quiz event, and anyone who answers the question will receive the 2030 Busan Expo promotional souvenirs (eco-friendly dish wash).

Park Hyeong-joon, Mayor of Busan, noted, "When it comes to hosting the 2030 Busan Expo, nothing is more important than citizens' support and interest," adding, "(the city) asks for people to be supportive in relevant occasions such as the early April's event of welcoming BIE inspectors vising Busan."
