Busan Center for Creative Economy & Innovation Runs a Program to Vitalize Busan's Venture Ecosystem

Busan Center for Creative Economy & Innovation has conducted 'B.Startup Local Impact Accelerating Program' since June this year to select 7 local business-creators based in Busan and offer them supports, like mentoring programs and commercialization funding, to make sure these entrepreneurs can grow their businesses.

On top of that, it plans to provide local entrepreneurs who intend to create values by tapping into Busan's resources various training programs on how to better utilize resources and how to create business models, along with networking events where they can garner insights.

The training programs that comprises 3 monthly sessions will run from July 21 to September.

The first session, with the topic of 'Create Business Model Based on Entrepreneurship and Local Lifestyle', will be led by the head of Yeongdo Cultural City Center who has been working on a number of cultural events together with local creators in Yeongdo-gu.

The following sessions will also be carried out with speakers who have built career backgrounds as local business leaders.

The training programs are open to anyone interested in starting a business in Busan.
