(CHEONGJU=Yonhap News) North Chungcheong Province and Cheongju City signed a KRW 20 billion investment agreement with Beauty Cosmetic Co., Ltd. on December 28 for the investment in the 2nd Osong Bio-Health Science Technopolis.
