According to Yonhap News,

There was an MOU signing ceremony for private-public partnership on Jun. 5 with four key players, North Chungcheong Province, Jincheon-gun, Korea East-West Power and Youngyang Wind Power under a shared goal to newly set up a hydrogen fuel cell plant, sourced from liquefied natural gas (LNG), in a town of Jincheon, North Chungcheong Province.

Youngyang Wind Power is planning to spend as much as KRW 140 billion on facilitating hydrogen fuel cell plants on a 6,300㎡ site near Shincheok industrial complex in Jincheon-gun by June, 2022. The maximum electric output the generator can produce is reported to be 164,000Mwh annually, which is equivalent to the energy generated to supply 60,225 households nearby.
