CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,

North Chungcheong Province and Jincheon-gun signed an MOU with COSES GT on Feb 17 over a new production facility planned to be located near Chopyeong-Eunam industry cluster within Jincheon-gun. Spending nearly KRW140 billion, COSES GT unveiled its investment plan to scale up its production capacity, developing flexible tempered glass screens largely applicable to foldable smartphone manufacturing.

Once the new factory starts operation, COSES GT pledged local hiring and purchasing, adding over 500 new jobs for the community residents. The investment is highly anticipated to help mood edges upward for local businesses. The provincial authorities will provide a full range of financial and administrative support to speed up the construction process.
