On March 10, Chungju-si, Chungbuk-do signed a total investment agreement worth KRW 90 billion with Ecotech ENG, HTL, and KFR.

Ecotech ENG, a company specializing in the production of aluminum composite panels for interior and exterior building materials, will invest approximately KRW 10 billion to expand its second factory by 1,652 square meters on a 6,508 square meter site in the Dongchungju Industrial Complex.

KFR, a manufacturer of flame-retardant plywood, will build a 10,685 square meter factory in the Gaju Agro-Industrial Complex by purchasing and remodeling another company's factory.

The investment will amount to KRW 50 billion over five years, and the company plans to hire 200 workers.

Chungju's mayor said, "We will spare no administrative support to ensure that businesses can grow stably."
