12 SMEs from Chungbuk-do signed export contracts worth USD 5.33 mn at Vietnam Expo 2025

On April 12, Chungbuk-do announced that 12 promising local SMEs participated at the 'Vietnam International Trade Fair 2025 (Vietnam Expo 2025)' held at International Centre of Exhibition on April 2-5, through support from the province, have signed export contracts worth USD 5.33 million.

At the Chungbuk Joint Pavilion operated jointly by Chungbuk-do and the Cheongju Chamber of Commerce and Industry, participants included GD Company, LexBeaux Amie, Well bio, Dr.Chung's Food, Baekjo Sink, Sturgeon Bio, BEXCO, Tea FREN, Resemble Flower, among others.

Among them, Sturgeon Bio, a cosmetics manufacturer using sturgeon-derived water-soluble oil as a raw material, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) worth USD 200,000 on site through sample tests conducted at their booth.

This company is also expected to engage in further consultations related to raw material supply.

Resemble Flower, which manufactures flower handling cases, successfully expanded its market by conducting a TikTok live session targeting the National Floral Association of Vietnam, opening up distribution channels across the local region.

An official from the provincial government stated, "Given the challenges faced by small and medium-sized export businesses due to US tariff policies and prolonged economic downturns, we will continue to strengthen our support for their overseas marketing efforts."

Meanwhile, the Vietnam Hanoi Expo, which marks the 34th anniversary this year, is the largest trade fair in northern Vietnam , participated by approximately 500 companies from 25 countries this year, including Korea, China, Japan, Russia, and Cuba.
