Chungju-si signed investment agreements with two companies
On September 22nd, Chungju-si signed an investment agreement with HuBio Pharmaceutical and Global Biomass Energy at the city hall’s main conference room.
HuBio Pharmaceutical, a company specializing in pharmaceuticals, plans to invest KRW 50 billion to build a finished drug manufacturing plant in the Dong-Chungju Industrial Complex, creating 120 new jobs.
Global Biomass Energy, an energy company, will also invest KRW 80.3 billion in the same industrial complex to establish a biomass processing facility and hire 60 new employees.
Mayor Cho stated, “The bio and eco-friendly energy industries are key future growth engines for Chungju. The city will provide full administrative and regulatory support to ensure that both companies become key partners driving the local economy.”
