According to Yonhap News,
Okcheon-gun, Chungbuk-do (North Chungcheong Province) said on March 28th that it invited ten additional companies to Medical Instrument Complex in Gapung-ri, Okcheon-eup.
Medical Instrument Complex is the first complex specialized in medical instrument in Chungbuk, and was publicly developed by Okcheon-gun with the investment of KRW 14.3 billion on the area of 142,480㎡. Six companies agreed to move into the complex last year.
The area for additional sale is 56,829㎡ in ten blocks, and the sales price is KRW 104,000 per square meter for the medical instrument companies (KRW 112,040 for others).
An official said “tenant companies may make a down payment (20%) first and pay the rest in ten years with a five-year grace period,” and added “we plan to give priority to companies which are currently located in the Seoul Metropolitan Area or which will expand their existing establishment in Okcheon-gun.”
