According to Yonhap News,
Umsung County in North Chungcheong Province(Chungbuk) said on August 2 that it will begin operating an investment promotion team in Wonnam Industrial Complex.
The investment promotion team will be composed of 5 sub-teams. Industrial development, management and facilities teams will be in charge of promoting sales and securing public funds for infrastructure construction, and industrial economy and investment promotion teams will work on attracting investment.
The construction of Wonnam Industrial Complex started in May 2008. Infrastructure construction showed a completion rate of 29%, and the construction of complex completed 45%.
The county expects that Wonnam Industrial Complex will be sold earlier than expected with abundant industrial water, affordable price and convenient transportation network.
