CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO < invest Korea

According to Yonhap News,  

A delegation group comprised of 30 ambassadors and economic advisors from 17 African countries visited the business unit of LSIS in Cheongju, north Chungcheong Province (Chungbuk) to discuss the introduction of advanced electricity solution.

They watched production lines varying from low-and-medium-voltage electric power equipment to gas insulated switchgear and distribution boards. They also visited an electric power test center that can conduct a reliability test on its own.

"We invited a Congolese presidential envoy and won Congo's substation improvement project this year," said an official of LSIS. "We promoted our technological prowess and demonstrated our strong willingness to make a foray into Africa to the delegation group."
