(YEONGDONG=Yonhap News) The largest solar power plant on water in the world will be established in the Chupungnyeong Reservoir in Yeongdong, North Chungcheong Province.

According to the Korea Rural Community Corporation on August 17, Green Solar Energy Co., Ltd., a renewable energy company, will invest KRW 5 billion by October to build a 2㎿ solar power plant in the Chupungnyeong Reservoir.
