According to Yonhap News,

(GOESAN=Yonhap News) Goesan County announced November 5 that it plans to parcel out the Daeje Industrial Complex (854,000 ㎡) from the mid November.

The estimated price per 3.3 ㎡ is KRW 450,000.

The county plans to attract blue chip companies in food and drink manufacturing, machinery and mechanical manufacturing, electrical equipment manufacturing, manufacturing and solar energy.

An investment promotion advisory panel that comprises 10 investment promotion experts and business leaders will be formed and they will focus mainly on companies in Seoul and metropolitan areas.

Companies that move from the metropolitan area will receive subsidies up to 40 percent of the parcel out price and 22 percent of the equipment investment.
