(JINCHEON=NEWSIS) Jincheon County announced January 6 that it has attracted an all-time high corporate investment in 2014.
The county has carried out corporate investment attraction for three years since 2012. As the result, the pre-sale rates of the Sincheok Industrial Complex and the Sansu Industrial Complex are 77.7 percent and 71.5 percent, respectively.
It is not common for the pre-sale rate of incomplete industrial complexes to exceed the 70 percent level. Therefore, other cities and counties benchmark the industrial complexes in Jincheon.
The county expects that the investment attraction will bring regional economic effect of more than KRW 2 trillion with investment in the Sincheok Industrial Complex and Sansu Industrial Complex.
The country expects the industrial complexes to create 10,000 jobs, resolve the youth unemployment issue and increase sedentary population.
