Chuncheon to Strengthen Marketing Activities in China
As local marketing activities that began in China in 2012 have achieved outcomes, the city plans to expand its marketing activities by promoting the city’s tourism attractions in the local broadcast media.
Since February 1, the city started to work with the local tourism agency and has broadcasted its commercial in China’s Shandong TV. The commercial, which is broadcasted to the entire Shandong Province, will last until April.
To achieve great results from promotion activities, the city planned to broadcast its commercial during the Chinese Spring Festival, which is the country’s biggest holiday.
Chuncheon also aims to go into a contract with a local broadcasting company to make a TV program that specifically introduces the city’s famous Mulle-gil, rail bikes and other sports and leisure facilities in February, and televise it in a China’s famous TV travel series.
