GANGWON-DO < invest Korea

(CHUNCHEON=NEWSIS) The Chuncheon Bioindustry Foundation announced November 26 that it will hold a Korean food expo at 1004 Mart in Shanghai, China.

The expo is to help regional bio-food companies to enter the Chinese market. The food export to China has increased by 7% year-on-year in 2015.

A total of four companies are participating in the expo, one each from the cities including Chuncheon, Wonju, Gangneung and Sokcho.

The Foundation also conducted market research and surveys to large-scale markets, department stores and large-scale food stores in Shanghai to figure out the preference of Chinese consumers.
